In the Pinar del Faro neighborhood, within a central lot, a Beach House-style home was designed. Built on a single level, the layout features elevated and independent volumes, adapted to the natural shape of the land. A central garden was created, providing both privacy and stunning sunset views. The perfect balance of simplicity and warmth creates a sense of peace, making this home a true sanctuary. Preserving the existing vegetation was a key design principle, making nature the main protagonist of the outdoor space, enhancing the open-air gallery and the forest surroundings.
