The house is conceived as a light, modern beach house integrated into the natural surroundings of the Playa Brava neighborhood. With a total covered area of 226 m², its elevated placement allows it to adapt to the terrain, enhance views, and optimize the use of the lower level as a functional and service area. The design prioritizes natural light, cross ventilation, and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces, reinforced by a large perimeter deck that wraps around the main floor and acts as an extension of the social areas. The layout is organized in an H-shaped plan, distributing spaces in a balanced and functional way: it includes three en-suite bedrooms, a semi-integrated kitchen, and a spacious living-dining area, all arranged to encourage circulation, privacy, and visual connection between rooms. The project seeks to convey warmth, modernity, and harmony with the natural environment of Playa Brava. The elevated structure, noble materials, and open spaces create a comfortable, functional home that is visually integrated with the coastal landscape.
